A blog without a post on branding is a no blog

Different cities use different #brandingstrategies. #Athens, GA has a simple but effective one: #GeorgiaBulldogs. Yes, it sounds like and it is a type of sports branding. And it's (mostly) about #football. The visual representation of a #brand are the three colors embodied in an animal. We are talking red-black-white. And the animal is a dog. Or, more precisely, a #dawg. Or even more precisely, a #bulldog.
Sometimes accompanied by the letter G. See for yourself...

And a #dawg...

Or linked to its origins...

Matches are held at the #SanfordStadium, which can host more than 95,000 visitors and is the tenth-largest stadium in the #NCAA. (For all those who are more into #music or #flowers than #sports, NCAA is the National Collegiate Athletic Association... but I have posts also for you, :)).

Still haven't visited the #SanfordStadium but the #UGAFootball2019Season starts soon and I'll make sure to transfer the atmosphere in a best possible way.
A good #brand reflects in a number of people knowing about it. #Brandawareness concerning #GeorgiaDawgs has been done in a textbook-type manner which makes it reeeeeeally successful. Not only #dawgs and red-black-white emblems can be found on the University buses, in stores, pharmacies, on umbrellas, T-shirts, etc. They proudly stand in front of hospitals...

In front of eye clinics...

But also in front of public institutions, such as the #GeorgiaPower.

Or in the buses...

#Dawgs (and squirrels :)) everywhere... I wouldn't be surprised if #EnglishBulldogs were the most common #dogs in Georgia.
We might not have #football in #Croatia. And we might not have a red-white-black brand. But we do have #soccer. And we do have a red-white brand. And the best soccer player in the world.

Go dawgs! Woof! And go #Croatia!
